Born and raised in central New Jersey, Adam Levine graduated from SCAD in 2005 with an M.F.A. in animation. Ever since grade school, He found more interest in doodling on the sides of notebooks rather than paying attention to class. He has been drawing and creating for as long as he can remember. In early 2005 he found himself at a loss for a Valentine’s Day gift for someone special in his life until he turned to his doodles. He decided to attempt to translate some of his drawings into plush works of art. Ten dolls and lots of bandages later he finally had something worthy enough to give to someone. It wasn’t long until, after displaying his small stuffed army in his house, that someone noticed them and asked how much he would sell them for. He enjoyed making them so much that his new hobby soon grew into a sought-after phenomenon. His unique creations have been commissioned for celebrities such as Wes Bentley and Mark Borkowski. Levine has sold his "Adimals" to people all over the world and will continue to do so as long as he’s having fun.
