Audra George received a B.F.A. in illustration from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She all too briefly studied travel sketching at the SCAD campus in Lacoste, France, which confirmed her desire to combine travel and doodling funny pictures into sketchbooks. She is a native of Macon, Ga., where she lives among cherry blossoms and mosquitoes.
