Becca Jane Koehler graduated from SCAD in 2005 with a B.F.A. in furniture design.  Shortly after graduation, She developed an interest in painting and surface decoration. She lives in Minneapolis, and works as a dinnerware designer for Target. In her off-work hours, Koehler layers various media, including paper, spray paint, acrylic paint, and oil paint to create images that manifest curiosity, sexuality and human nature.
