Ingrid Hertfelder was born and raised in Germany. rnShe studied and traveled in Munich, Dublin, London rnand New York, before moving to Savannah, Ga., rnwhere in 2008 she received a B.F.A. in photography rnfrom the Savannah College of Art and Design. Her career began working as a photography intern at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York. Since moving to the United States, she has photographed music and street culture in New Orleans, New York and Cuba. She lives and works in New York City.
