Once upon a time there were three lovely little girls who lived way down below the Mason-Dixon line. The girls, who were finishing up their final year of fashion school, slept in a great big blue fabric bin which spilled over with luscious fabrics and treasures. rnrnBetween their long hours of sewing and giggling, the girls began making hair bows out of the spare fabric scraps. They soon began showing up at critiques looking like dolls who had somehow missed their naptime.rnrnAfter graduation, the three girls found themselves working (and giggling) in a great big city. Looking for something outside of the “traditional” boundaries of the fashion industry, the girls decided to put their hearts into their bow and jewelry box creations. It was the perfect mix – teeny liked things to be neat and shiny, housey liked to put things together, and bunny liked to hop around and search for treasures for the bows.rnrnAnd there they were — teeny house bunny. Just three little girls, bored with the ordinary, making fantasy out of fabric scraps.rnrnAll teeny house bunny pieces are locally sourced by Dyana, Alex and Robin in New York. Each and every piece is completely handcrafted in thb’s Garment District studio. We believe in and support small businesses, sustainability, good craftsmanship, and a happy working environment!
