We are so glad to have those of you who can’t make it into one of our shops here at shopSCADonline.com! Ordering and payment is a breeze, with several options from which to choose. The first and easiest option is to order online through our secure servers. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, and after your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail within 24 hours. If you prefer to pay by phone we are happy to assist you and are available at 912.525.5180 seven days a week during Savannah shop hours.

Sales tax will be applied to orders in Georgia, and international orders will require further shipping confirmation via e-mail. For shopSCAD gift card payments please call us directly at the shop to place your order.

Shipping and handling charges

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, handling, shipping and complimentary gift packaging. Our packages are sent via Federal Express or through UPS for oversized or fine artwork items that require special care. Items sent through UPS for special handling will have an added delivery surcharge for processing, packaging, shipping and handling. This charge is added to the shipping charges. All shipping rates apply to deliveries in the contiguous 48 states. Certain areas may require an additional charge. We also require a physical address for delivery. Please e-mail us to inquire about shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Possessions and foreign countries. Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Orders typically ship the next business day if received by 2 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Standard delivery normally takes five to seven business days. Requests for priority shipping of fine artwork or other oversized items will be determined by submitting an e-mail.

Jewelry orders

An order containing only jewelry items will be sent via Fed Ex Standard shipping at the cost of $8.95 for shipping and handling.

Priority shipping

Add $13 to the standard shipping for second day delivery.

Add $17 to the standard shipping for overnight delivery.

(This does not include oversized or fine artwork items. E-mail shopSCAD to request priority shipping quotes for these items.)

UPS shipping for oversized or fine artwork items

Because fine artwork, rugs, lamps and other large items are heavier and bulkier than most, shipping costs are higher. A delivery surcharge has been added to these items and is in addition to the shipping charges.

NOTE: The above rates apply if all items are shipped to one address. If we are shipping to two or more addresses, the above rates apply for each address.

* Occasionally, some items are temporarily out of stock: you will be alerted to any shipping delays within 24 hours.

We are happy to work with you should you need to return any of your purchases. Returns may be made when accompanied with a receipt and within 30 days of purchase. Purchases made using a credit card will be credited back to the account and cash or check purchases will be refunded with a store credit. Merchandise must be in original condition. Damaged or defective merchandise will be refunded or replaced at the discretion of shopSCAD. Fine art purchases are not returnable. Please call 912.525.5180 with any questions.
